PB&J Breakfast Bowl
Smoothie bowls are one of my favorite snacks! They are so easy because you can use practically anything in your refrigerator. I thought I would share with you the bowl I have been making a lot lately.
First, I blend a mixture of berries (blackberries, raspberries and strawberries) with water and some lemon juice. This is totally customizable based on what you like. I’ve been loving making this in large batches and storing to make it an even easier snack!
I then pour what I want in a bowl and add in peanut better (you can add in whatever nut butter you prefer). This is awesome because it adds protein and will keep you full for longer. I know it may sound weird, but it is soooo yummy. I don’t even like PB&J sandwiches that much but absolutely love this combo!
I then like to top mine with some vanilla almond granola from Trader Joe’s and whatever fresh fruit I have.
