One of the BEST workouts you will ever have. There’s a reason they call it high intensity interval training! Classes have different focuses like legs, arms and core but they all incorporate cardio and push you to be better. Don’t worry if you don’t have one near you, they are expanding and with the support it has gotten thus far, it shouldn’t be long until there’s one near you.

2. CYC

Why go to the psychologist if you can go to the cycologist? These 45 minute workouts have you working hard while inspiring you to be your best self. The way they address the mind and not just the body is something I can totally get on board with!

3. The Barre Code

When I started this workout I thought “oh okay this will be easy,” I was very wrong. Though you may not being doing the high intensity cardio you do at KAMPS or CYC, you will be burning after a class here. I loved this class because I felt like I was really working my muscles and it helped me realize that you don’t need anything fancy in order to get a good workout in.
